It won’t come as a surprise at all to most of you that the mainstream press don’t always get things right. Landlords are seemingly gladly mis portrayed as evil capitalists that don’t care at all about their tenants.
We are also lumped in with the “rich” when people shouting about “taxing more!” and rarely do the press actually cover our tax positions properly. That’s hypocrisy I always appreciate it when someone in the media takes the time to understand, and give air time, to landlord voices.
Nationally Paul Shamplina and Ben Beadle take to the air on LBC, Talk TV and occasionally on the BBC which is great but there is a local radio based out of Newcastle that has a show dedicated to property which is fantastic.
