For the past 30 years our founder, Martin Wardle, has been giving tax advice. Being a Chartered Tax Advisor allows him to apply expert knowledge and experience to any scenario. This allows our landlords to pay the lowest legal level of tax. Since becoming a landlord himself over 25 years ago his focus shifted and that focus on landlord tax has helped deliver tax advice to thousands of landlords.
With all works overseen by Martin our focus is on providing as much clarity as possible on the whole tax process. Meet the Founder
Martin Wardle CTA
Martin started his career in tax at the age of 16 in 1993 when his ability to use a computer got him a chance to start inputting data on to tax returns. In no time at all he was producing tax returns, calculating liabilities and checking HMRC assessments.
By the time he was 18 he had his first tax qualification and became a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Roles in both independent firms and the Big 4 gave Martin experience at of all levels of tax work. He went on to become a Chartered Tax Advisor further establishing expertise in the area of tax.
He became a landlord in 20+ years ago himself and immersed himself in the world of being a professional landlord.
Martin has had roles at the National Landlord Association as a local rep and sat on a local authority landlord association committees and is also a co-founder of the landlord education group GB Landlords. He regularly speaks at events across the country for audiences of landlords, solicitors, mortgage brokers and many other property professionals.
Since becoming a landlord himself in 2000 he has used his skills to help others face the challenges that arise.
